Annual pricing is billed yearly upfront at the annual rate. A user is someone who signs into the Nudgely dashboard. A recipient completes tasks via email without an account and does not count as a paid seat. An active nudge is a recurring task schedule that is currently running. Exports are CSV and JSON only. Branding covers logo and colour on completion pages, not a custom domain. Exceeding plan limits may require upgrades; downgrades can freeze excess teams and disable excess nudges or users until you fit the new plan.
